Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!
In this highly interactive and hands-on class, Chef John will enrich you with tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - California, Veggie, and your choice of either a Tuna or Salmon Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. BYOB is welcome, so for those over 21+ please feel free to bring your own beer and wine. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase from the hotel's market. Bring your curiosity and appetite!

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
