You'll begin by learning how to mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough before transforming it into silky strands of homemade spaghetti using traditional techniques. Along the way, Chef Will will share tips and tricks to help you recreate perfect fresh pasta in your own kitchen.

While your pasta rests and dries, Chef Will will demonstrate how to prepare a rich, authentic Pomodoro sauce and tender, flavorful Italian meatballs, covering the techniques behind balancing flavors and achieving the perfect texture.

Once everything is ready, you'll cook your fresh pasta and enjoy it topped with the homemade sauce and meatballs you've learned to make.
