You’ll begin by learning the perfect pasta dough using the classic well technique, mastering moisture levels, and feeling the exact texture of properly kneaded dough. Next comes rolling and shaping. You’ll roll out delicate sheets using manual pasta machines and hand-cut your dough into classic ribbons like Fettuccine or Tagliatelle. Then, you’ll dive into the art of passata. Discover what sets a true Italian passata apart from standard tomato sauce as you process ripe tomatoes, balance acidity naturally, and infuse deep, aromatic flavors using fresh herbs, garlic, and quality olive oil. Finally, learn the chef's secret to the final toss, discovering how to emulsify pasta water and sauce into a cohesive, restaurant-quality dish.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Whether you are planning a unique date night, a fun outing with friends, or just looking to level up your culinary skills, this class is designed for anyone who loves good food and hands-on fun. No prior cooking experience is required.
