Join us for a deeply personal evening as we welcome Illahe Vineyards to JBaldwins for a celebration of Oregon's most iconic grape. This event holds a special place in our hearts, as Illahe is the very winery our sommelier staff visited to prepare for their Sommelier Exams. The evening begins at5:30 PM with a Power Hour at Consign Couture, where you’ll meet the winemaker and enjoy exclusive tastings. At 6:30 PM, we move to JBaldwins for a masterful four-course dinner.

The Winemaker & Estate Based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Illahe (a Chinook word for "earth") is a family-owned estate dedicated to ancient traditions. They are famous for their world-class Pinot Noir, crafted using historic methods like Percheron draft horses, gravity-flow cellars, and bicycle-powered pumps.

The Chef Chef Gabriella Baldwin honors this artisanal philosophy with a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and the elegant, balanced acidity of Illahe’s exceptional cool-climate wines.
