It's hard to believe a year has gone by since Giorgia Poggio first joined us to showcase the wines from here family's vineyard in Piedmont! At the event, everyone had such a great time that we hoped we could soon have a back. And just over a year to the day, Giorgia is joining us once again to bring not just some new vintages but a whole lot of flavor and fun to the shop once again!

Giorgia - along with Meredith Sutch of Tavolo Vigneto Wines - will be guiding guests through an evening of great wine and wine pairings! Attendees will enjoy several wines from Il Poggio di Gavi vineyards with each glass served alongside a dish prepared in-house for your enjoyment. Like other Old-World wines, Italian wines are best enjoyed with food. So, if you want to enjoy them with us, don't wait too long reserve your seat!

The winery is located in Piedmont, in the deep south, a few breaths from the beaches of Liguria. A borderland where trade once flourished on the ancient salt road: the Ligurians brought salt, anchovies, oil to the Piedmontese; the Piedmontese reciprocated with wine. So, make plans to join us at 6pm on Friday, July 24th for a little taste of history influenced by salty sea air and produced without using herbicides or incesticides.

Whether you met Giorgia last year or if you have yet to meet.... join us! Tickets are just $60/person and include all of the evening's food and wine. If you end up falling in love with a few bottles from her family's fields, be sure to take advantage of our generous half- and full-case discounts. As you likely know by now, these events often sell out (especially the ones where we have special guests!) so don't wait too long to reserve your seats!!

Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
