We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series, including an evening at our Oceanside Harbor location, Stratfor at the Harbor! For our March offering we're thrilled to share the return of micro-production wines from boutique winery, Idle Cellars, which is located in the Glen Ellen area of Sonoma. Co- Owner and Winemaker Ben Larks will be joining us for each evening. We are thrilled to have Ben join us again, for an unprecedented 3 times in less than 3 years! We first featured his winery in July 2024 and it was one of our most successful series. We brought Ben back in February 2025 and demand has only increased! Ben brings humor, knowledge and insights like few others. For this year's dinners, we'll showcase some all-new wines, new vintages and a completely new pairing menu. This will be a great opportunity to try out 5 different wines from a non-distributed, very small-production winery. The rarity of these wines coupled with Ben's grassroots experience of teacher turned winemaker makes this is certain to be a not-to-miss dinner series. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
