Naomi brings more than 20 years of deep spirits and wine expertise, and she’s the perfect guide for a night built around cask influence and wine‑driven maturation. With a background spanning Sazerac, Moët Hennessy, and the Diageo Masters of Whisky — and now representing Bunnahabhain, Deanston, Tobermory, and Ledaig — she understands exactly how distillate, wood, and wine finishes shape a whisky’s soul.
She’s a storyteller who can break down the chemistry of a cask, the character of a wine finish, and the evolution of a spirit in a way that pulls the whole room in. Naomi will lead guests through each expression, unpacking how the wine it once held transforms the whisky in your glass — from structure and tannin to fruit, texture, and finish.
Her leadership in the USBG National Charity Foundation and Safe Bar Network reflects her commitment to the craft and the people behind it, but it’s her passion for whisky — as a collector, educator, and lifelong student — that will elevate this event. Expect clarity, depth, and a contagious excitement as she guides the full whisky lineup, the wine pairings, and the sensory journey that ties them together.
