I will be a guest on Seattle’s Hot Stove Society radio program taping Tuesday morning, August 11th (9-11 AM), which takes place at Seattle’s Andra Hotel downtown. Allison McMahon of Oregon’s Arabilis Wines will be there to pour bubbles to enhance your breakfast. The ticket is $30 per person and can be purchased at the link above. The live taping, hosted by Chefs Tom Douglas and Bridget Charters, is both informational and entertaining with a great breakfast and some great sparkling wine. Join us!
