For one night only, we're firing up the smoker and giving the classic summer cookout the full Sotto treatment. This six-course dinner celebrates smoke, fire, and peak-season ingredients with a menu that's equal parts backyard BBQ and Italian dinner party.
Highlights include our Smoked Brisket Sacchetti—delicate pasta stuffed with ricotta and smoked brisket, finished with BBQ sugo, crispy garlic, and pickled Fresno peppers—and Smoked Peach Budino topped with bourbon caramel, grilled peaches, and mascarpone crema for a sweet taste of summer.
Bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, good wine, and great company—it doesn't get much better than that.
