Beginner friendly espresso & milk (latte art included) fundamentals taught on a Breville Barista Pro machine.

The Breville espresso machine line might just be the most accessible and popular choice for home espresso connoisseurs. So we thought—why not cut to the chase? In this 3 hour class students will not only learn espresso fundamentals, the science of milk steaming, and pouring latte art, but also how Breville machines function in detail and how to program them to your specific taste.

This is the perfect course if you're on the fence about getting a Breville, or simply want to learn more about your machine! We want you to use your Breville to its fullest potential, so in addition to core espresso fundamentals, we'll run through tips on how to set yourself up for success with latte art on a single boiler machine.

All materials are included in this class, plus you'll get to drink all of your own beverage creations. Students are also welcome to take photos and write down notes throughout the course.

Our Park Ave Lab is located at 443 Park Ave South on the 10th floor, suite 1000. To access the building, please ring the intercom labeled "Joe Coffee Company" to the right of the main doors. The teacher will buzz you in and you can make your way to floor 10. As soon as you exit the elevator you will see Joe Coffee Company HQ straight ahead!
