Hirsch Vineyards And Cruse Wine Co Wine Dinner

For our next wine dinner, Sorrel is excited to partner with two of our favorite California winemakers: Jasmine Hirsch and Michael Cruse! On October 1st, Jasmine and Michael will join us for service as we pour a selection of their wines along with a one-night-only tasting menu designed just for the occasion. 

Jasmine Hirsch is a second generation winegrower in the West Sonoma Coast, the family vineyard having been established as one of the greatest sites in California by her legendary father, David Hirsch. Since 2019, she has taken over as winemaker of Hirsch Vineyards.

Michael Cruse has amassed significant notoriety as a top producer of sparkling wine, championing wines that are uniquely Californian in their expression.

Together, we will present a dynamic evening featuring an array of wines from each of our guests to pair with the evening's menu.
