Longman & Eagle is excited to join Monique Huston for the 13th annual Hide & Seek dinner — a special event celebrating Whiskey Week Chicago.

The event brings Longman’s bar and culinary team together alongside a fantastic group of distillers and producers of whiskey for an evening of conversation, drinking, food and more.

This year, we'll have representatives from a number of world-renowned single malt Scotch, French whisky and bourbon distillers who will be on hand to discuss their various processes, share stories and their incredible and rare spirits—against the backdrop of food created specifically to bring out the most noteworthy profiles and attributes of each spirit.
