Ever wondered what actually makes a great blend work?

Join Nelson (@artisantastings) for an interactive evening focused on the art of red wine blending—learning how different varietals bring structure, fruit, spice, tannin, and balance to the glass.

Guests will taste through a selection of Herzog red wines, explore what makes each one unique, and then create their own custom blends to share and compare with the group.

Some blends will surprise you. Some will absolutely not work. That’s part of the fun.

Whether you’re deep into wine or just curious how the process comes together, this is a hands-on night built around tasting, experimenting, and enjoying the process.
