The Hermitage Rouge (Syrah) vintages presented have undoubtedly never been encountered at your table! These immaculate bottles have been very well cared such that I have rarely encountered Hermitage bottles with such negligible ullage. We are in for a treat!

Vintages 1969-1977 are a portal into the early career of Marcel Guigal, working beside his legendary father, Étienne during the critical era that will launch Northern Rhône's ancient reputation into the vocabulary and conscience of Western modern markets. 

This will be a close examination into the hill of Hermitage by looking back in time with these magnificent rare gems. I seriously doubt we will get many other opportunities to explore this deep into Hermitage's vinum history. Join us for a proper evening of discovery.
