Join Therese of Heart Beet Herbals LLC for a class all about one of the most versatile herbal concoctions: Oxymels. In this class we will explore our relationship with plants through making herbal oxymels; a blend of herbs, vinegar, and honey that has been traditionally used for supporting good health. We will touch on the virtues of making oxymels, especially the queen of them all Fire Cider, and participants will have a chance to blend our own unique oxymel recipes and take them home at the end of class.
