Okay, Central. We’re trying something a little different.

For one autumn evening, we’re slowing things down around here.

Five courses. A little candlelight. Our crew in their new dinner uniforms. An old hotel in the mountains. And a whole evening centered around what this place has always done best — bringing people around a table.

Join us Saturday, October 10 at 6 PM for our first Harvest at the Hotel: A Five-Course Autumn Dinner.

Our crew put together a fall menu featuring an autumn soup, your choice of appetizer, fall harvest salad, your choice of entrée, and warm apple pie à la mode to finish it all off.

$85 per person | BYOB | Limited seating
