Join us for an interactive, chef- led class where you will learn the art and craft of sushi from the rice to the roll. We’ll cover the foundations of perfect sushi rice, knife skills, and rolling techniques while working with fresh ingredients, thoughtfully sourced.
During the class, you’ll create a variety of classic and creative rolls- from fresh vegetable maki to beautifully balanced fish maki rolls. Along the way, enjoy tastings, hands- on practice, and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere designed to make sushi approachable and fun.
After rolling, we will sit and enjoy the sushi you’ve made, paired with house made sauces, pickled garnishes, and small, seasonal sides.
