It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare a signature dish for you to taste in class after you learn to make your own pasta dough from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

With hundreds of different shapes that are connected to unique regions and sauces, Italian pasta is a world of its own. Join us as we take a culinary journey to Southern Italy and explore the pasta traditions of different regions. In this class, you will make your own pasta dough from scratch.

In this Class You Will:

Learn about the traditions and culture of pasta from Southern Italy

Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make a pasta dish from Southern Italy.

Make your own pasta dough from scratch by hand

Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and a pasta dish prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing
