In this hands-on class, Chef Sylvia Becker will guide you through preparing each component, teaching you how to build balanced, authentic flavors. You’ll then create your own custom Gimbap rolls using a selection of fresh fillings, tailored to your personal taste. To finish, you’ll learn how to make the perfect dipping sauce—and enjoy your creations together over lunch.

Appearing on Food Networks "Chopped", voted best boutique caterer in "Best of Essex" and appearing in multiple food and wine magazines, Sylvia thrives on sharing her worldly experiences through food; the universal language connecting people from all walks of life. Sylvia is happily a full-time resident of Columbia County NY and a private chef and caterer for custom, intimate gatherings.
