In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make fresh cavatelli pasta from scratch, then prepare it with a flavorful sautéed garlic and broccoli sauce. Maria will guide you through each step, sharing techniques and tips that you can recreate at home.

In addition to making fresh pasta, Maria will also prepare one of her favorite recipes from her cookbook—her Spinach Artichoke Dip—for everyone to enjoy with crackers or chips while you cook.

Each participant will receive a wooden cutting board to use during class and take home, making it the perfect keepsake for future pasta-making adventures.
