It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the Gnocchi al Pomodoro for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

Gnocchi are the traditional Italian form of dumplings. While gnocchi often means a potato-based dough, our recipe uses ricotta, making the gnocchi extra tender. We’ll then toss the gnocchi in a delicious pomodoro (tomato) sauce. In this class, you’ll make your own gnocchi dough from scratch.

Make your own Gnocchi from scratch by hand

Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Gnocchi al Pomodoro prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing
