Join us at Decant for a hands-on focaccia making class. In this small-group workshop, we'll walk you through how to mix and prepare focaccia dough from scratch, plus share tips for getting that airy texture and crispy edges.
Each guest will mix their own dough, add mix-ins or toppings, and learn the fundamentals of making focaccia at home.
While your dough rests, we'll have dough ready for you to bake so you'll leave with a warm, freshly baked load of focaccia – plus your own dough ready to rise overnight and bake the next day.
Your ticket includes:
• Hands-on instruction
• Your own focaccia pan, mixing bowl, and tea towel to take home
• One baked loaf of focaccia
• Dough to take home and bake later
• Two glasses of Decant wine
Class size is limited to 10 guests so everyone gets plenty of space and attention.
Come ready to drink some wine, get a little flour on your hands, and leave with incredible focaccia.
