Hamburger History: A Conversation W/ Chef John Shields And Maggie Hennessy

The Loyalist will host a meet-and-greet cocktail hour and conversation between Chicago’s lauded three-MICHELIN-starred Chef John Shields and celebrated journalist and burger-enthusiast Maggie Hennessy. After her recent debut book release, The Burger Bible, Maggie and John will sit down and discuss the history of the friendly handheld and the rise to power of The Loyalist’s iconic Dirty Burg, turned OG.

This event will be held from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, beginning with a reception featuring passed canapés including The Loyalist OG sliders, and a cash bar.
