Grilled cheese is deceptively simple—there's a lot that goes into the perfect melted masterpiece. Join us for a deep dive into this classic sandwich, starting with a guided tasting of elite melting cheeses and other ingredients that can make your grilled cheese pop. Then, you’ll assemble your dream sandwich. We’ll grill it up, and you get to enjoy the ooey, gooey result alongside a cup of classic tomato soup and our house wine. You’ll leave with an understanding of what makes a great melting cheese and delicious tips to inspire you at home.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
