2021 Phoenix, Blanc de Noirs: Sparkling
Crafted with precision and poise, this vintage Blanc de Noirs showcases the grace of Sonoma County’s finest Pinot Noir with a touch of Meunier. Sourced predominantly from premier vineyards across Sonoma County, complemented by a whisper of influence from the Sonoma Coast AVA, the 2021 vintage expresses a refined balance between structure and elegance.

2023 Dowitcher: 100% Roussanne
The 2023 Dowitcher was barrel fermented and aged 8 months in oak. Its medium gold color is followed by a terrific, medium-bodied, balanced white that has textbook melon and white currant fruits, some spicy, leafy herb, and nutty nuances, terrific overall balance, and outstanding length. An aromatic Rhone varietal from Glenrose Vineyard which sits on indigenous calcareous shale. A complex and flavorful wine with scents of wild flower, honey and stone fruit. The from microclimate at this vineyard boasts vibrant acidity and enticing minerality.

2021 Zurita - Unreleased!
The 2021 Zinfandel-Petite Sirah Blend is a bold yet elegantly structured wine that captures the essence of Paso Robles' sun-drenched vineyards. On the nose, it bursts with ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and wild blueberry, laced with hints of cracked black pepper, star anise, and a whisper of vanilla from well-integrated oak. The palate is lush and expansive, where the juicy vibrancy of Zinfandel meets the deep, inky concentration of Petite Sirah, delivering layers of dark fruit, cocoa, and a touch of earthy espresso. Silky tannins and a lingering, spice-kissed finish make this a compelling and age-worthy expression—perfect for pairing with slow-braised short ribs or savoring on its own as it evolves in the glass.

2021 Pig: 95 pt. - Jed Dunnuck
Ripe red and black plums, sweet spice, sage, and lead pencil notes all emerge from the 2021 Pig, another ripe, medium to full-bodied, singular wine in the lineup that has so much to love. With ripe tannins, a round, layered mouthfeel, and a great finish, it's going to shine for 8-10 years as well. The blend is 37% Syrah, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Petit Verdot.
