Join Sotto and Marz for a one-night-only beer pairing dinner celebrating two Chicago neighborhoods through bold flavors, craft beer, and great company. This five-course experience pairs seasonal Italian dishes with a curated lineup of Marz beers, each selected to complement and elevate every course.

Start the evening with Crispy Baccalà Zeppole topped with Calabrian yuzu aioli, salsa verde, pickled Fresno, and fresh chive, paired with Marz's crisp Chicagoland Lager. Midway through the meal, Bucatini Cacio e Pepe Masala brings together black pepper, pecorino, roasted garlic, and curry leaf pangrattato alongside the beautifully balanced Chayakada Saison. Finish on a refreshing note with Mascarpone Panna Cotta, hibiscus-prickly pear conserva, lime sea salt, and coriander crumble, paired with the bright, tart Ruby's Tears Gose.
