Cooking Classes at the Tuscan Market Salem New Hampshire
Create pillowy gnocchi by hand and finish it with a rich truffle parmesan sauce. Guests sample the finished dish during class, with additional food and wine available.
Tuscan Brands Wine Director Joe Comforti will be presenting
a wine for paining with the Gnocchi.
