Not even close.

Across regions and kitchens, gnocchi takes on many forms, different bases, different shapes, different textures, different intentions. What defines it isn’t just potato, sometimes not at all, but the idea of something tender, formed by hand, and built to carry flavor.

This dinner is a deep dive into that spectrum.

Expect multiple expressions of gnocchi, from light and delicate to dense and chewy, from classic to unexpected. Variations that pull from tradition and others that stretch it, all centered on what this format can be.

There will also be snacks.

Wine Director Drew Brady will be back in the cellar with rare bottles and an optional wine flight.

This is a maximalist pasta dinner.
