Giacosa Fratelli Wine Dinner

Cost: $160

On July 14th, Mauro Giacosa will giude you through 5 course menu with wine pairings Chef Matt Ostheimer is creating beautiful Piemontese inspired dishes to go with his wines. At 6:30 we will welcome guests in a private space to enjoy a welcome beverage, before getting seated at 7pm. There will be four savory dishes, followed by dessert.

Giacosa Fratelli is a 5th generation family-run winery steeped in values handed down from father to son since 1895. Mauro was born and raised in Torino. He grew up learning from the family wine business. His energy and spirit are perpetually fueled by wine and has been since he was a kid. Mauro and his twin brother Alessandro blend tradition with innovation as they navigate their family’s craft with a fresh perspective and plan to mix history with the future to master their family craft with fresh eyes. They both champion big ideas and showcase their larger-than-life personalities.
