Akari Japanese Bistro presents an exclusive five-course kaiseki dinner, thoughtfully paired with five wines selected from nine distinguished Japanese wineries — including Maruki Winery, Château Jun, Iwasaki Jozo, Soryu Winery, and Shirayuri Jozo.
Each wine bottle features a label designed with photographs by Yukihito Masuura, from his celebrated GENESIS “Bacchus Series,” including several previously unreleased works. This collaboration bridges Japanese craftsmanship and artistic expression, offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Indulge in an evening where flavor, tradition, and creativity come together in perfect balance — a celebration of Japan’s evolving wine culture and the refined artistry of Akari.
