A Harvest Farm-to-Table Supper at Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm

Something special is taking root among the pines.

On November 7, 2026, White Feather Events invites you to Gathered Among the Pines, a farm-to-table dinner hosted at the beautiful Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm in Manalapan, New Jersey.

We’re bringing our table to the farm for an afternoon centered around seasonal food, beautiful surroundings, and the simple joy of gathering together.

Your experience begins with a one-hour welcome hour featuring complimentary mocktails and charcuterie. From there, guests will gather around a beautifully styled outdoor table among the Christmas trees for a four-course plated harvest dinner prepared by Chef Barry Sexton.

After dinner, gather around the fire, enjoy the farm as evening settles in, and take in the start of the holiday season at Anne Ellen.

Want to Stay for The Village?

Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm is also home to The Village at Anne Ellen, their nighttime Christmas light walkthrough experience.

Admission to The Village is NOT included with your Gathered Among the Pines dinner ticket.

However, Anne Ellen is offering our dinner guests an exclusive discounted rate for Village admission that same evening.

If you would like to continue your night at The Village, purchase your Gathered Among the Pines dinner ticket first. Your confirmation email will include a special promo code and instructions for purchasing your Village tickets separately.

Dinner tickets and Village tickets are two separate admissions. A dinner ticket does not provide admission to The Village.

Event Schedule

1:00 PM — Welcome Hour

Join us for complimentary mocktails and charcuterie as we welcome everyone to the farm.

2:40 PM — Gather Around the Table

Take your seat among the pines for our four-course farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Barry Sexton.

After Dinner — Gather Around the Fire

Stay awhile, gather around the fire, and enjoy the evening on the farm.

Guests who choose to purchase separate discounted admission to The Village at Anne Ellen can continue their evening with Anne Ellen’s nighttime Christmas experience.

Be Part of Our Cookbook — Optional

One of our favorite parts of gathering around a table is the stories and traditions that come with the food.

Guests who would like to participate can submit a favorite family recipe, a photo, and the story or memory behind it for inclusion in our White Feather Events Farm-to-Table Cookbook.

Participation is completely optional. Additional submission information will be provided before the dinner, and recipes should be submitted at least one week before the event.

Following the dinner, we’ll bring the recipes and stories from our guests together into a special cookbook that will be available for purchase.

A Few Things to Know

BYOB: Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy with dinner. Outside liquor or spirits are not permitted.

Dietary Requests: Vegan accommodations are available with advance notice. Please provide any dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket.

Dress: Come as you are! There is no required dress code.

Footwear: This dinner is being held outdoors on a working Christmas tree farm. Guests will encounter grass, gravel, and natural, uneven terrain. High heels are not permitted, and comfortable footwear is strongly recommended.

Weather & Rain Date

Gathered Among the Pines is an outdoor experience.

Brief periods or small amounts of rain will not automatically cancel the event. If conditions are significant or unsafe, the dinner will be moved to our scheduled rain date of Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

If the rain date is necessary, your dinner ticket will automatically transfer and additional information will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

And if you want to keep the night going, stay for a little Christmas magic at Anne Ellen.
