Set among the summer blooms of Adelman Peony Gardens, this exclusive after-hours dining experience invites guests to enjoy an evening in the fields at peak season. Hosted by Chef Garrett Benedict of G-Love, the event features a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting menu that celebrates Pacific Northwest fare in a stunning location.

 As the sun sets over the peonies, guests will dine al fresco, surrounded by vibrant color, while enjoying specialty wine pairings selected to complement each course.

Blending refined cuisine with a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere, this one-of-a-kind summer gathering captures the essence of seasonal dining. To conclude the evening, each guest will receive a hand-picked peony bouquet to take home!
