Local Event
Led by Executive Chef Sammy D., the evening begins with a welcome reception featuring hors d'oeuvres including Sammy D.'s sliders, bone marrow and oxtail jam bites, and traditional steak tartare before guests move into the dining experience.
Dinner opens with mushroom pappardelle followed by a family style presentation of K4 Ranch long bone ribeye and hanger steak with béarnaise sauce and potato gratin. Seasonal sides including summer tomato salad, Arizona corn elote, and gem lettuce with parmesan lemon dressing are designed for the table to share.
To finish the evening, Pastry Chef Berenice presents beef tallow fried donuts with bourbon caramel sauce alongside the evening's final wine pairing.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy three curated wine pairings, with additional specialty cocktails and spirits available for purchase including special selections such as fat-washed bourbon.
