Join Salish Lodge’s expert chefs for a hands-on class that makes the art of handmade pasta approachable, interactive, and fun. In this guided experience, you’ll learn how to make classic pasta dough before shaping your own fresh noodles.

After class, your handmade pasta heads to our action station, where it’s boiled to perfection and finished with your choice of house-made sauce and seasonal toppings. Then, settle in and enjoy the full Lodge dining experience, complete with family-style accompaniments and a plated dessert to end the evening.
