Local Event
Everyone loves snacking on cheese. Morsels of cheddar or brie, or a spoonful of fresh ricotta are always welcome. While it is always a good time for a bite of cheese, let's not overlook how amazing cheese can be in all sorts of dishes!
Beyond a delicious mac & cheese, our dairy pal is suitable for lots of other appetizer recipes. Whipped ricotta parfaits, Gruyère-stuffed gougéres, ooey-gooey mini-enchiladas...there are so many ways to go. When it comes to cheese, ya gotta think big, and we're here to provide some solid suggestions.
Join writer and educator (and curd nerd) Adam Centamore for an evening learning how to incorporate cheese in all sorts of summer appetizers. You'll sample a variety of prepared snacks, each featuring a different cheese and each more delicious than the last. From finger sandwiches to desserts, you're sure to walk away with some great ideas on how to make your next party the cheesiest one yet. Of course, adult beverages will be served alongside to create amazing pairings. Let's get cheesy!
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one. Guests can expect light fare to go with the beverage pairings.
