Hosted by Chatham Bars Inn’s Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and Executive Sous Chef Brennan Froeschner, the evening will feature an exceptional lineup of guest talents, including Executive Chef Ryan Carbone (Ore Hill and Swyft), Private Chef & Culinary Arts Instructor Tom Kilbourne, and Executive Chef Stephen Jones (Flour Bakery & Café). Each course will be prepared by a different chef, showcasing their unique style and culinary expertise, with wine pairings curated by Joseph Carr.
The evening will begin with an interactive welcome reception with the chefs in the fields from 5-6pm, followed by a four-course plated dinner at communal tables from 6-9pm in the glass greenhouse. Tickets are $350 per person (tax and gratuity included) and the event will support the James Beard Foundation’s educational programs and advocacy initiatives.
