Every Friday and Saturday, a ZAFFERANO & CO. Italian chef teaches a hands-on class at Via Toscana, an Italian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen.

What you will do

• Make the egg dough from scratch at your own station.
• Roll and cut fresh fettuccine by hand.
• Prepare a true pesto genovese with basil, pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil.
• Sit down together and enjoy what you made.

Included

• A glass of Prosecco on us (21+ with a valid photo ID)
• All ingredients and tools, apron and cooking station
• The meal you cook and recipes to take home

Good to know

• Open to guests 14 and older.
• Other drinks are ordered and paid at the venue bar. You may bring your own bottle: corkage $25 per bottle.
