Sunday evening, Roman style.

Chef Gianluca Deiana welcomes you with a glass of Prosecco, then leads a hands-on lesson: fresh egg pasta mixed, kneaded, rolled and cut by hand, and a true Roman carbonara with guanciale, egg and Pecorino Romano. No cream, ever.

Every guest works at their own station. At the end, everyone sits down together to enjoy the pasta they made.

• Open to guests 14 and older.
• Other drinks are ordered and paid at the venue bar. You may bring your own bottle: corkage $25 per bottle.
