Say "Mais oui," to this singular salute to great French wines, primarily the exalted biodynamic production of the pioneering M. Capoutier, which boasts domains in France's premier wine-growing regions. The evening will begin on a particularly festive note with a Charles Heidsieck, Brut Reserve toast, complemented by warm blue point oysters, grilled corn, bacon and Parmesan, Five courses follow, three accompanied by M. Capoutier wines, including the maison's Cote-Rotie Les Becasses and Chateneauneuf-du-Pape "Les Bernadine" with wagyu sirloin, bone marrow bordelaise, herb gratin potato, crispy hen of the woods.

A Trenel, Morgon du Py is paired with the third course of sea scallops, butternut squash, chanterelles and a "surprise wine" add as an additional intriguing note to the gianduja cheesecake, white chocolate gelato, raspberry, espresso whipped cream dessert.
