Katherine Cabernet Sauvignon: Made in tandem by Nick and his middle daughter, Katherine, this very popular Cabernet Sauvignon has become a close family tradition over the years. Deep purple with a red middle with prevalent aromas of blueberry and dark cherry. A concentration of wild black berries, bitter sweet chocolate, maple with round supple tannins. While the wine shows off its generous structure and firm tannins, the finish is luxurious and velvet-like as it gracefully ends.

Fidelity Sauvignon Blanc: From Russian River Valley offers a vibrant and refreshing profile, beginning with a crisp and mineral-driven foundation that provides a clean and invigorating finish. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of fresh gooseberry and sweet peas, intertwining beautifully with zesty grapefruit notes. The palate is a harmonious marriage of ripe pineapple, juicy guava, and delicate notes of tropical mango, adding a lush sweetness that balances the acidity so typical of Sauvignon Blanc. 

Chelsea Merlot: This expressive Merlot opens with ripe black cherry, plum skin, boysenberry, and blueberry, layered with cocoa powder and hints of crushed graphite that reflect Dry Creek Valley’s structure-driven terroir. The palate is silky and balanced, offering dark berry fruit and red plum alongside fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity.
