Their whiskey mashbills contain unique grains, including oats, chocolate rye and maple-wood smoked barley. Their seasonal apple brandy is aged in new oak for an American spin on a European classic.
Head Distiller Al Hilton had the idea to smoke barley over maple wood and add it to a bourbon mash. The result is this popular and unique bourbon, exploding with flavor, spice, and a touch of smoke.
