Night Shift Brewing

Night Shift Brewing began as an idea. In a small kitchen on Josephine Ave in Somerville, MA, a trio of roommates started homebrewing beer for friends and family. This hobby took place after our day jobs, going late into the evenings, becoming what we called “night shift brewing.” It was 2007, and our goal was to craft and share beers that were more interesting and flavorful than the commercial options on shelves.

FLUFFY - HAZY IPA

Fluffy sips like a fresh squeeze of hoppy orange juice. It pours a hazy sunset orange, bursting with enormous notes of sweet clementine, fresh apricot, and ripe mango. Its texture is pillowy soft – like fluffy white clouds on a gentle breeze. Welcome to this tropical vacation for your taste buds, no passport required.

DOUBLE PARKED - DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE

There’s no such thing as being too bold on Boston’s streets, and the same goes for this beer. This double IPA hits hard with flavors of juicy citrus, dank passion fruit, and tropical punch from Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops. A dangerously drinkable 8.5% ABV with a smooth haze, this beer is unapologetically in your way (but you’ll be glad that it is.)

WHIRLPOOL

Whirlpool is a popular 4.5% ABV Hazy Pale Ale by Night Shift Brewing in Everett, MA, featuring Mosaic and Ella hops for notes of peach and clementine. As a flagship, it is designed for low bitterness and high drinkability. It is available year-round and often described as a "crushable" New England-style pale ale.
