Chef Clara Park will teach you how to portion out and prepare beautiful fish filets, pan sear fish perfectly, poach fish, make crudo and lean into the umami goodness of anchovies. Fish cookery doesn't have to be scary, students in this class will learn the techniques and skills to make these restaurant quality fish dishes: wine poached fish with beurre blanc, pan seared salmon, tuna crudo and anchovy toast.
