Indulge in a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu crafted by LaBelle Winery’s Executive Chef Justin Bernatchez, who has earned back-to-back “Best Chef in New Hampshire” honors in the Union Leader’s 2024 and 2025 Reader’s Choice Awards, and was recognized among the NH Business Review’s “NH 200” Most Influential Business Leaders in 2024.

His accolades speak for themselves, and his passion for exceptional, intentional cooking will be on full display throughout the evening. • First Course ~ Duck Prosciutto and Buratta: Duck prosciutto, buratta, heirloom tomatoes, grilled peaches, topped with LaBelle Americus red wine vinaigrette and fresh basil, served with grilled crusty bread
• Second Course ~ Boar Chop: Hoisin chile glaze served with Asian Napa cabbage slaw and orange-carrot yuzu syrup
• Third Course ~ Elk Medallion: Elk medallion with roasted mushroom farro, blackberry bourbon demi glace, brown butter, topped with fresh thyme
• Fourth Course ~ Duck Fat Brownie Sundae: Duck fat brownie, Luxardo cherry ice cream, dark chocolate sauce drizzle

• You will be seated with your party and other guests at tables in our Great Room at LaBelle Winery Amherst.
• Tickets purchased together will be seated together. If you would also like to be seated with those from another online order, please enter their names during checkout.

• Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.

• Value of Tickets may be transferred to another LaBelle Public Event up until 10 days prior to this event. No transfers are permitted within 10 days prior to the event.
