Three distinct culinary worlds, one very special seat at the table. David Foulquier of Fooq’s, Zack Zeidman of Chez Fifi, and Chef Nozomu Abe of Sushi Noz come together for an extraordinary dinner that brings Miami and New York into delicious conversation, set against the backdrop of Little River, one of Miami’s most exciting emerging culinary and creative neighborhoods.
Foulquier, the chef and owner behind Miami’s beloved Fooq’s, brings his globally inspired approach to the table, while Zeidman, the chef behind New York’s Chez Fifi, adds his own playful, ingredient-driven sensibility. Joining them is Nozomu Abe, chef and owner of the acclaimed Sushi Noz in New York, whose meticulous omakase earned the restaurant three Michelin stars. Together, the trio will create a multi-course menu that brings their distinct styles into conversation, from precise Japanese technique to bold, globally influenced cooking.
The evening unfolds at Fooq’s in burgeoning Little River, a neighborhood quickly establishing itself as a destination for some of Miami’s most creative restaurants, independent businesses, and cultural spaces. It’s a fitting setting for a dinner rooted in discovery, creativity, and craftsmanship. Expect an intimate night of exceptional food, thoughtful technique, and the unexpected collaborations that make SOBEWFF® so special.
