Food & Wine Classic: LOWCOUNTRY OYSTER FARM TOUR

Cost: $175

Go behind the scenes of an oyster farm and follow the journey from seed to harvest. Start on land with a guided look at how oysters are raised, then step aboard a boat to see them growing out on the water.

Cruise through the farm, learn how oysters are cultivated for peak flavor, and get a firsthand look at modern oyster farming in action. It’s a fun, up-close coastal experience for anyone curious about where their seafood comes from.

Transportation: To be provided from Downtown Charleston to Lowcountry Oyster Co. in Green Pond, SC (1.5 hours from downtown). More information to be provided via email closer to the event.
