Pearls of the Coast reimagines the iconic oyster roast tradition into a refined coastal affair. Savor live-fire roasted oysters, an abundant raw bar, expertly crafted cocktails, and a curated selection of fine wines, all set to the backdrop of live music under the stars. 

New this year, Food & Wine will bring to life its print feature American Smoke—a powerful photo essay by James Beard Award–winning photographer Clay Williams.

Featured Chefs: Mike Lata, Shuai Wang, and more to be announced.
