We are very excited to be partnering with Fonta Flora Brewery and utilizing fresh produce from their own Whippoorwill Farm located in Nebo, NC. Your evening begins with an amuse-bouche Welcome Course in the retail space of GBX at 5:30pm, followed by seating in the taproom area at 6pm with 4 lovely courses with carefully selected beer pairings. Special thanks to Chef Ricky of No Reservationz and Chef Michael of Trace and Taste, Certified Cicerone Jon Richards, and Tyler Bello from Fonta Flora.
