Flavor Journey: Taiwan X Vietnam

Inspired by Traveler's train station concept, the Flavor Journey Dinner Series invites you to move across cultures through a multi-course menu that explores the connection between Taiwan and Vietnam, two distinct yet intertwined culinary traditions.

In collaboration with Lee Kum Kee, whose sauces have long been part of everyday cooking across Asian kitchens, this menu explores how familiar ingredients move across regions and cultures. Their pantry becomes a common thread throughout the evening, connecting flavors from Taiwan and Vietnam through a shared foundation of umami, fermentation, and balance.

Throughout the evening, sound moves alongside each course. A live DJ set will guide the room through funk and soul selections that once shaped both regions, creating a rhythm that builds, peaks, and settles as the night unfolds.

From the first sip to the final course, Flavor Journey is designed as a progression through flavor, memory, and sound.
