Hail Flash! Join The Wine Events Company at The Mockingbird Cinema in Digbeth as we blast off to the planet Mongo for a delightfully camp cinematic adventure, paired with a tasting of five intergalactic wines.

Quarterback-turned-hero Flash Gordon must save Earth from the evil Emperor Ming in this colourful sci-fi classic packed with outrageous costumes, laser battles and an iconic Queen soundtrack. 

As Flash, Dale and Dr. Zarkov hurtle through space on their mission, you'll enjoy themed wines served at perfectly timed pauses, plus cosmic trivia fit for a saviour of the universe.Expect fun, fine wine, and maybe even a visit from some stars of the show.

Over 18's only. 

All wine tasting events feature five different wines of contrasting styles, themed to the event unless specified in the specific event description ie all fizz or all rosé. 

No alcohol, no problem - we can provide an alcohol-free alternative when booked with 48 hours' notice.
